The Hindu push up is an intense upper body bodyweight exercise.
In the video does 100 push ups and 200 squats!
At such a high rate these turn out to be intense bodyweight exercises. Mind you this is his 'cool down' AFTER lifting weights!
At the beginning of the video notice his spine and shoulders are perfectly aligned. Both bodyweight exercises are good for flexibility, ligament alignment as well as building strength and burning fat. He mentions having shoulder issues and that is why he does less push ups first, but rounded up to 200 squats because "150 is not a very even number".
