The weighted squat can be the best exercise for quick weight loss because you're muscle building and adding cardio to burn fat.

Another exercise is the push-up. I like how in the video below he does almost a dynamic push up so you burn fat and are muscle building at the same time.

There are two. Squats and push-ups in different variations.
